All of our vintage and found items are preloved or ex display and are sold 'as is' and do not have warranty and are not returnable.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your product, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. For specific care instructions based on the material, please refer to the product tag or contact us for guidance.

When your order is received and confirmed we will advise you when its available for free pick-up from our Warehouse.

Enjoy the convenience of free click and collect! Order online and pick up your items at our store at no additional cost. This service is available for most products and locations. Simply select click and collect at checkout and we will contact you when item is ready for pickup , if not in stock , usually 2 - 4 weeks.

We offer standard shipping options to most locations on the East Coast of NSW from Sydney to Brisbane and some locations across the Great Divide. Standard shipping typically takes 7-21 business days .

If you do have more than 3 items as specified in the Delivery Zones we may have to come back to you with a specialised quote and timing.

Homeware deliveries WITH COURIERS start from $15, Small furniture from $49 and Large furniture from $99 WITH OUR OWN TRUCKS.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.
 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item please email our customer care team at sales@interiortraders.au within 24 hours of delivery for us to rectify the problem as soon as possible or issue a store credit.

in addition to the remedies available under the Australia Consumer Law, if you change your mind you may return the product at your expense within 30 days of the date of (a) purchase, for instore purchases, or (b) delivery, for online purchases for a refund or exchange provided that the product is:

• returned in its original condition;
• in its original unopened and sealed packaging; and
• accompanied by proof of purchase (the sales receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase).

Excluded products are:

• upholstered and furniture products;
• clearance and sale products;
• products sold as seconds, floorstock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product; and
• made to order products – products which are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, or custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer.
